Architecture of Neil R. Darrach.

Neil Darrach was the most import architect in St. Thomas history. His buildings include City Hall, The Elgin County Courthouse on Wellington St, Wellington St. School and many other public buildings as well as hundreds of local homes. Mr. Baldwin has been studying Darrach's architecture for over 50 years. It should be a very interesting talk.
